As a nervous new puppy owner they are more than happy to share their knowledge and answer silly questions. Would not take my pets anywhere else."

We recently had need of emergency care for our our 6 month old puppy, when she suddenly became very unwell. The entire team at The Berkshire Vet have been excellent: Aaron and Amy were efficient and diligent, and despite needing invasive treatments and two overnight stays, our puppy was so well looked-after that she still loves going there and check-ups are no problem, as her wagging tail and eagerness to get through the door will tell you.

It wasn't only the care of our pup that was excellent, the care that my husband and I received was too. The way in which we were given the potential diagnoses was considered and truthful, we were kept informed at all times about how she was when she was there and of all test results as they came in, which was a great help to us during this difficult time. 

Although Aaron was the lead vet in the care delivered to our pup, Amy, Naomi, Emma and Vicky were all fantastic too and gave our puppy lots of cuddles, she loves them all. We cannot fault any element of the care our puppy received and would 100% recommend this team. We have our happy, lively, lovely puppy back and for that we are very grateful.

p.s. Excellent attention given to a hedgehog we took to the team too!
